CLA SELF OMNINUTRITION

CLA  E’ UN INTEGRATORE ALIMENTARE IN CAPSULE A BASE DI ACIDO LINOLEICO CONIUGATO.

CLA  contiene acido linoleico coniugato, un acido grasso libero che si trova in diversi alimenti, nella carne e nei latticini e alcune ricerche hanno dimostrato che può aiutare nel ridurre il grasso corporeo e favorire la costruzione muscolare. Il CLA contiene anche antiossidanti che aiutano a riparare i danni causati dai radicali liberi, come ad esempio il fumo, l’esposizione ai raggi solari, cattive abitudini alimentari. Alcuni studi hanno anche dimostrato che una regolare assunzione di questo prodotto migliora i livelli di insulina e riduce gli zuccheri nel sangue.
