MODALITA’ D’USO : Si consiglia di sciogliere una porzione  (25 g = 1 misurino) in 200 ml d’acqua o latte. Nei giorni di allenamento assumere una porzione al mattino e una subito dopo l’allenamento. Nei giorni di riposo, assumere una porzione la mattina e un’altra la sera.
