Pancake Mix & Waffle  è un preparato in polvere per pancake o waffle a basso contenuto di carboidrati.

Preparato per Pancake e Waffle Mix con solo l’8% di carboidrati e ben il 24% di proteine!

FORMATO : 400gr

INGREDIENTI :proteine del siero del LATTE concentrate, albume d’UOVO, proteine del GRANO, fibra di FRUMENTO, proteine di pisello, fibra di acacia, olio di cocco, eritritolo, emulsionante: lecitina di girasole, e471, agenti lievitanti: bicarbonato di sodio, pirofosfato di sodio.

MODO D’USO : Acqua fredda 320 ml ,facoltativa 1 bustina di lievito per dolci.

Impastare il Pancake 6 Waffle Mix con 320ml d’acqua o latte ,fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo, aggiungere a scelta il lievito per dolci. Se si desidera utilizzare 200ml di preparato dimezzare le dosi.

Ungere la padella con un fiocco di burro e quando sarà calda versarvi al centro un mestolino di preparato. Cuocere da entrambi i lati fino a quando non avranno raggiunto un bel colore dorato , proseguire per il restante impasto.
